March 2008
Workshop at West Valley Library a Smash Hit
12 year old Tyler Sadoff's book, "A journey
in Time" is nearing completion. It is slated
to be published this summer. The first draft
of this book was written as part of the
summer camp '2007
In addition to Tyler, four other students
from the advanced level are working
towards publishing their work this year.

Each month I shall be publishing one poem written by a student
during the past quarter. The poems are chosen at random and
does not mean that it is in anyway better than others.

                                   The Bully
                      By Maia Lwin, Age 7years
Bullies always displease me, especially this one.
He wants to pummel me, and that doesn’t sound like fun

He Kicks me and trips me and calls me a name
And that’s why he’s sinful and this is no game.

But just yesterday when I saw him at the park,
It turned out that he was afraid of my titlark!
